The room had all we needed including an electronic key card, work desk, and a television, and the breakfast was tasty with a good selection.

Real good overall experience. Functional place with really helpful staff and excellent wi-fi. Nice swimming pool area and absolutely superb and delicious breakfast with juices and made-to-order omelettes, for instance. Comfy bed in the standard room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. Early check in & the service was very good. Late check out.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, near new restaurants and traditional classics like Falafel, shopping centers, stores, malls, cafes. the staff were efficient.

Very good room service and nice rooms with a good view.

Wrong Credit Card debits, they want 300% more for Postcard stamps but all cards did not arrive.

The breakfast was absolutely superb and delicious, the check in was early. I had the superior twin room which was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with all amenities.

The food options were fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and the hotel was conveniently located in the center of everything.

The location of the hotel is great and in the heart of the city. Its is a little bit expensive.

The breakfast was delicious and sensational, with a variety of salads, fresh juices, and made-to-order omelettes, definitely worth the money. the hotel is located in a vibrant area, very central and close to shopping centers, stores, malls, and the center of Beirut.

Room ac (Air Condition) was not upto expectations. The technician visited me twice but with no improvement.

However my reservation through Booked.net was club room with sea view, they gave geniot sweet in low floor and you can see only the sourording old buildings.

I loved my excellent stay for a quick business trip. the superior twin room I stayed in was big with a large bed. - the hotel's location was excellent, just off shops, restaurants, and the restaurant. The Crowne Plaza Hamra Beirut, An IHG Hotel in Beirut was perfect for my short business trip. the room I had was spacious with a comfortable large bed. Its proximity to shops, restaurants, and the restaurant made it very convenient.

The staff was rude, only one in the reception others were okay, The ac was so so so bad, temp in the room more that 23c even after changing the room, the room is too old including the Club room. Highly not recomended

Enjoyed the stay, it was memorable on a business trip. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great in business centre. Location: the property was just next door to a hotel-approved taxi available to use and restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops and Metro theatre which is at walking distance. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

Expected that there would be assistance, but we didn't find it.
